Welcome to Kenneth Fandrem Investigations.  We are a small private investigative agency providing professional investigative services in Oregon.  We specialize in criminal and civil litigation support, abuse and sexual violence investigations, locating and interviewing witnesses, online copyright infringement investigations, and providing expert and experienced testimony in state, federal and immigration courts.        


The agency was founded by Kenneth Fandrem, who has over 30 years of law enforcement and legal experience.  We follow the rule of law, and the same Code of Professional Responsibility that attorneys use.  Kenneth Fandrem Investigations is a member of PIAVA, the Private Investigators Association of Oregon.
